Mr. Fox Stickers

This sticker design revolved around a graphic of a fox I made for work as well as my love for Wes Anderson’s “Fantastic Mr. Fox.” While the characters in this sticker pack are a different take on the style in the movie, I did still want the fonts for each quote to have a hand-drawn quality, because this movie is a stop motion animation.

These stickers were unexpectedly fitting for the year 2020. They started as a fun tribute to Fantastic Mr. Fox, but I quickly realized how the quotes seemed to relate to our unfolding circumstances as the pandemic continued.

2 years later, they continue to be my best-selling stickers on RedBubble.

Groovy Quotes

These stickers began as an exploration of using different variations of letters in the font Blenny Black. I chose the variation of each letter that I thought was most unique and then added an opacity blend to each before using them to create phrases that I personally enjoy. I then added abstract shapes below the phrases, all within the same color palette, and cut out each shape to the letters.

Redbubble Stickers

During the pandemic, I traded the time I would typically be out-and-about for design practice. I wanted to explore and broaden my design skills. Initially I started saving my practice projects to my computer and moving on. Then, I thought, how cool would it be to put them out in the world and see if they speak to anyone?

One avenue was Redbubble, a print-on-demand online marketplace. A few of my designs really surprised me by how well they did!
